How To Setup Syringe Making Factory

How To Ensure A Mould Work For Longer Time

Regular maintenance for mould is pretty important to prolong the mould life. As working situation of injection mould, high pressure, high temperature and clamping & sliding frequently, for long-term running, it will be no use finally, then new one need to be made again and again. Anyone who is up to plastic injection product knows that how the disaster is if the mould always need to stop and repair.

It is never too much to overemphasize the importance of the perfect mould to manufacturers for plastic product (for mould maker as well). As you can see that it will affect the development of company, such as for the unnecessary cost and terrible brand for bad product. No one is willing to buy from you normally. No change, no life.
