Thickness of container
In general, it would be better that the thickness of product
is 0.5 – 0.8 mm for thin-wall one with IML processing.

The matching between the
devices
There would be low efficiency if the equipment is not matching,

Is there enough room for robot labeling
and taking products?

important?
This requirement is key base for multi-cavity mold, because
there is distance between cavities, the same as gripper and suction cups, which
should be consistent, otherwise, there would be troubles in labeling and taking
action as limited adjustment of robot.

product could also not be ignored, for it involves the design of molding. For example,
if a box need to label on bottom, then its molding’s sprue and ejection would
be same side; but at different sides when labeling on wall.
