Multi-cavity PET Preform Mould with High Accuracy

Sino Mould makes high standard mineral water PET preform moulds for partners, which own good performance with longer mould life, meeting the requirement of mass production. There are kinds materials of Injection perform: PET、PVC、PP、PAN, regarding PET preform (strength of extension is more 5-10 times than PE), for further processing, is usually used to be blowed to bottles with different shape (like round, square, or others), and those bottles may be for packaging liquid, such as sodas, inebriant (beer, wine), juice, water, oil, condiment, medicines, cosmetic, etc.   

Now, some points are listed for PET preformmould compared with other moulds:

1.        The steel of mould core and cavity.

As PET’s characters, mould steel should meet enough heat transfer efficiency and thermal conductivity. We usually use steel S136 for core and cavity of mould if customers have no other special requirements for steel.

2.       High standard for mould making.

This requires automation tooling equipment with high precision and measurement equipment, which could ensure that the precision of mould, when making the PET preform, it will be smoothly and no flaws.

3.       The mould structure

For PET preform mould, the structures could be depend on the injection gate: direct gate, point gate, valve gate. And valve gate is suggested for partners, as much advantages here, like, shorten cycle time and save material in same condition, and when it blowing to be bottles, the bottom will be smoother, and improve the percent of pass.
