Transparent container includes two types, one is the disposable food packaging.In general disposable products are usually thin type of ultra- wall thickness between 0.4-0.6 mm. Sino mold can produce 4 cavities 1 litter ultra-thin wall plastic container box mold as wall thickness of 0.4 mm, it can run 6 s per cycle mixed with our 400 tons of injection molding machine. Another one is undisposiable packaging box.for this kind of box we usually make the thickness about .0.8-1.0mm. At present, we have a set of container mold to produce seven different size and shape, and some of the container lid can be universal. Whole design can be stacked, greatly reduce logistics costs.
All transparent container mould need good polishing, in order to make the container looks shiny, we usually use DIN1.2738, DIN1.2344, S136 as mold core and cavity steel material. If the container wall thickness is thick, can use 718H steel material to reduce the mold cost. According to our customers requirements,we can provide high quality mould.
