Long gate mark means the preform have too long raw material. Probably reasons can be divided into four parts. The first cause is that the injection gate is too cold when the valve is closed. To avoid this matter, we should first increase the injection nozzle temperature. And also we longer the valve injection time.

The second reason is that the valve abnormally close. When facing this issue, we should do the follows.

1. Increase the mould sub runner temperature.
2. Check whether the hydraulic pressure is suitable.
3.clear up all the part ,nozzle,manifold, connect part..
The most important issue is to ensure the seal ring, whether it is ok.

The third reason is that the raw material viscosity is too high, in this condition we should increase the material temperature to reduce the flowing material viscosity. and of course the raw material match the  preform is the most important idea. The last reason is that the flowing material heating is too lower , can not flowing smoothly. When this phenomena happens we should first increase the runner temperature and the nozzle tip temperature.

 The defects of mold parts machining, E.D.M processing and forging, pretreatment, quench hardening, surface treatment will cause the is to mould wear resistance, resistance to bite ability, and a significant impact on the fracture resistance.

4.Mould Working Condition
 When the mold work, using the device's accuracy and stiffness, lubrication condition, the pretreatment of the processed material status, mould preheating and cooling conditions will have an effect on mould life.
