Mould :

1. Core lean control &wall thickness control

2. Cooling system for fast cycle

3. Texture or polish

4. Ejection system, usually Stripper plate + air

Some of you may would like to know if the paint bucket mould will require chroming.

The answer: Chroming can prevent mould from rust, making the surface higher brightness, anti-corrosive and demoulding easier with little  cost. So regarding long-term interest, it’s not necessary but good for your moulds.

Product:

1.Wall thickness control. Mould products should not be too thick or too light.

2. Surface finish & shrink mark control

3. air-venting & eject white

4. Fixation between parts of whole bucket

All manufacturers always hope to conserve material and not produce inferior product.

As for thisworry, SINO could ensure that there are good mould products after testing & adjusting of
