Start a Plastic Made Plant for IML Pudding Container

How to set up a plant for IML plastic food container from zero? My conclusion is listed now, for your reference, as follows:

1.       Building for factory.

That is, design (architectural design, layout of production) from professional technicians supports you to build a new factory according to production line plan: injection machines, plastic injection moulds, plastic material.

2.       Necessary production facility.

Major Production Equipment must be the plastic injection molding machine with best performance, for thin wall container, usually suggest applying high speed one. Such as 2-cavity mould of 250ml PP cup, the machine is DKM 200H not 200SV.

IML system is also key element. There are robots for label collecting &feeding, and picking out and stacking the plastic labeled parts, conveyor, labels rooms.

3.       Multi-cavity mould of thin-wall Container.
