1.  Q: What’s the basic element should note when searching an injection machine for my ready mould? (Like 2-cavity mould for 250ml PP Salad Cup, mould size is 416*256*275mm, we suggest DKM-200HH)

a. mould could be put in machine.

◆ one of the length and width of mould must smaller than tie bar distance (machine’s tie bar distance must above 256*256);

◆ the height of mould should be within the mold height of machine (275mm is included in 200-600mm of DKM-200HH);

◆ the opening stroke must be above twice as product’s height, to ensure that the product could leave from mould smoothly.

b. product could be molded smoothly.

       As this is thin wall container, it require high injection speed rate, that’s why high speed injection machine made.

2.  Q: How can I judge the machine is good?

A: For high speed injection machine, key point is safety, because it will harm people and factory as a disaster when broken. How to set up a plant for IML plastic food container from zero? My conclusion is listed now, for your reference, as follows:

1.       Building for factory.

That is, design (architectural design, layout of production) from professional technicians supports you to build a new factory according to production line plan: injection machines, plastic injection moulds, plastic material.

2.       Necessary production facility.
