IML mould acceptance mainly includes two parts :

1).Mould Test

-The quality control of die design. In order to reach the high quality and high speed production requirement, IML mould has strict requirement on cooling system and mould strength. Before the mould order should be take great care to these two points, remind the suppliers to to it.

-The hardness of steel. The steel quality and hardness of steel is directly related to mould life. And affect the precision of mould, the mould surface polishing performance. So it’s best to let the manufactures provide the steel certificate for you. Then check your mould for welding seam, if any, maybe the mould strength is not enough.

-Mould operation. A good quality mould can automatically flowing production product. And have not any problem. Meanwhile ,the mould cycle times is also importance.

2). Production Test

-By injecting half of molten material to check each cavity injection balance, this method is very effective for round IML container.

-Check the products for flash, burr, bubble, deformation, etc

-Do the water test to check whether the sealing is good.

- Check whether the safety hook is strong.

How to choose a good injection machine

2).reduce the time of install mould, and cut the connect time of cooling water pipe,gas circuit, electric circuit and hot runner temperature controller box.
3).before start the injection mould machine, we should heat mould at first.
