Two-colored mold means two melts are introduced into the cavity in succession via separate gatinng system requires special mold techniques. And the second way is by non rotating core-back system .
In rotating mold, there are several sprues and different cavities. When manufacturing,the first color section is created by injection at the first mold position. And the we turn 180 degree of the mold to inject the second color to another cavity. The rotating of the mold by means of a standard rotary platform that can be attached to the machine, irrespective of the mold. The non rotating core-back system have three way to make the injection come true. First is the mold with rotated core. Second is mold with transfer or insert technique and the last is the mold with retractable slides and cores. The rotary mold systems often employ hot runners for pre-moldings so as to yield a gateless pre-moldings to removed prior to transfer.
