3.Guiding parts:To ensure demoulding mechansim stable and reliable.

4.Demulding mechansim:realize the plastic parts be out of the mould.Usually by ejector pin,return pin,spring,ejector-retaining plate,ejector plate,ejector ring and ejector plate guide pin,guide push.

5.Core-pulling Mold structure:The flanks of plastic parts are usually provided with holes or flutes,under such cases,side-direction forming cores must be employed to form plastic parts.

6.Temperature Control System:To meet the requirements of the injection process for mold temperature, such as cooling water, hot water, hot oil, steam, air cooling and heating system.
